An original Ferrari 1957 Testa Rossa recently sold for $16.4 million, the highest price ever paid for a car at auction. We hand-build our bodies mostly out of alloy aluminum as a one-off basis per individual order for very lfortuitous & priviliged individual customers. They are not mass produced in a factory per se. However, some of our more popular models are available out of aluminum covered hand-laid fiberglass for economies of scale.
We generally build our cars as a turn-key minus roller where the customer purchases his own drive-train to be installed by others. Most are set up for pre-emissions Ford or Chevy crate V-8 blueprinted engines for ease of registration purposes in all 50 states. But we can design the car’s chassis engine mounts to fit any motor that your heart desires. Whether it be an exotic V-12, an air-cooled ohc flat-6, a european or japanese dohc V-6 or inline-6 engine. Just let us know what set-up you prefer to have installed & we will have the chassis custom built to suit to your needs.
Most of our cars take anywhere from a mere 3 months to up to 60 months (in some rare instances) to build after the order has been received. All of our vehicles meet &/or exceed the most rigorous standards of modern day racing regulations. Each model is a one-of-a-kind custom-built work of art sculptured per your command. It is primarily designed to compete in the milieu of gentleman’s racing or to be driven as a performance oriented personal road-rocket roadster.
Unlike our competitors, our models are built completely by hand using modern CAD software engineering and design techniques. We employ no robots, just old world artisans. While our principal objective is to recreate the style of the original masterpieces, we take pride in the safety, strength, and innovation of our internal unique structural designs. Our ladder-frame tubular chassis are generally up to 50% stiffer than the originals to avoid stressing the bodies. Our bodies are thicker than the originals again to avoid possible stress cracks & can be upgraded to polished copper or even 18 guage cold rolled stainless-steel!
